It includes a theoretical framework on the nature, rationale for use, design, administration, and reservations in the use of simulation and simulation games. Four simulation games were selected to fit into the existing course guides in Social Studies in the Philippines. These were tried out to determine their effectiveness in terms of manageability given the constraints of ordinary classroom setting, and credibility given a Philippine setting. A description of other packaged simulation materials and a table illustrating area into which the game may be integrated against the backdrop of the existing course of study of Social Studies in the Philippines were also included. It was found that the use of simulation is highly rewarding, although it is, at times, a demanding and frustrating experience. NO - "May, 1979." NO - Vita.
